Tissues In Every Room

It's not a cold. No fever. Some slight sinus pressure.

But the nose is running like a faucet left on, as soon as my feet hit the floor.

Must be allergies.

At least each tissue box is a different color and design. Designer tissue boxes. That makes me smile even as I blow my nose. Again.

  1. You aren't the only one. Hubby is doing it, too. I think the brisk wind (here) is keeping it stirred up, too.

Good luck! Hope it doesn't develop into something more.

  2. Ms A, several of the seniors at the center are carrying around tissues too, and don't have cold or flu symptoms, just the runny nose. It is quite windy here this time of year.

  3. I had a cold not long ago, no fever but sore throat and lots of sneezing. It got better and now I'm listening to the rain. :-)

  5. I would think the time for allergies would have passed, pollen related allergies anyway. I do hope you feel better.

  7. Hope you'll feel better CiCi. For some reason, we need tissues in every corner anyway.

  8. Hope your sinuses are behaving themselves before too long. At least they are flowing and not bunged up (which is jolly painful)
I expect the pretty tissues will cheer you up! We don't seem to have many choices here. Maybe the boxes but not the tissues.

  9. My ideal job.... designing tissue boxes. Think of the fun you could have.
Hope the runny nose clears up very soon.

  10. Knock on wood or whatever, I just finished a head cold. I can't say the tissue box would make any difference to me. It's nice to have a softer tissue on my nose but other than that I don't find them much different.

  12. I have had the odd sneeze recently, but I am holding off anything worse so far. It will probably hit me at Christmas...

  13. Mine runs simply from the change of seasons. It's like it's perpetually wet. Was I a dog in another life?

  15. Frank has been like that for a month, now. And for the fourth time since winter. I hope you're on the mend before too long. And it's your feet that are supposed to start running when they hit the floor.. not your nose. ;)

  16. My husband and kids make fun of me for buying tissue boxes in colors that coordinate with the bathrooms. YOU would get it and not make fun! :-)

Hope your allergies ease up soon.
