I know the feeling. I even have to write down the things I tell myself I will do today or "in a minute". The pad on which I write things can make interesting reading because I have no idea what half of them mean. It's what makes getting older interesting!!

Hope you are doing well and loving your new home. It sounds like you've been doing a lot of work (gutters too!) but between the lines you sound blissfully happy.
So very true, Unfortunately when I do decide to write something down I can't remember where I left the pad and pencil.
