  1. So very true, Unfortunately when I do decide to write something down I can't remember where I left the pad and pencil.

  3. I don't bother to try to convince myself anymore, I know I won't remember. I must make notes!

  4. Stephen, how true! After spending time hunting all over for the pad and pencil, I forget what it was I wanted to add to the list. So tiring.

DJan, so glad there are so many of us with this issue to deal with in our daily lives.

Ms A, you sound practical, and I must have a pad of paper handy at all times.

  6. I know the feeling. I even have to write down the things I tell myself I will do today or "in a minute". The pad on which I write things can make interesting reading because I have no idea what half of them mean. It's what makes getting older interesting!!

  7. Adam, so quickly forgotten, sometimes instantaneously.

Pauline, I like how you describe the pad and trying to decipher what your wrote. I can relate.

  9. You're speaking my language here, CiCi ;-) Without a list I am totally lost!

Hope you are doing well and loving your new home. It sounds like you've been doing a lot of work (gutters too!) but between the lines you sound blissfully happy.

    Enjoy the holidays, my friend.
