There will be a super duper garage sale at a large ballroom in a nearby town at the end of this month. Last year was my first time at that sale and it was the largest garage sale I had ever seen. Every available space in that gigantic place was utilized to show all the items donated. I bought some things for my new little apartment and had a great time seeing all the items on display.
I am in the process of going through my things and will be donating a truck load of things to this sale. Not only will it be a relief to have more room in the closets, it will be a blessing to donate the things to a worthy cause. I will take some pictures to show you.

I need to donate tons of stuff, but I can't bear to part with it and I doubt anyone else would want it. I take such good care of everything, I hate giving it to someone I know and then having to witness it get torn up and tossed out. Been there, done that and it makes me furious!
nice....very cool...one of the things i look forward to in spring is the yard sales...our, to clean out...but i also like perusing as well...neve know what you will find...
I look forward to hearing what you decide to purchase, after giving all that old stuff away! :-)
It's always good to de-clutter and if it's for a worthy cause as well, even better! Have fun!
I love a good de-cluttering! These big garage sales are a good thing. It's nice to know that the things you no longer "need" will be used by someone else.
donations are nice as is finding another person's donation as a treasure for yourself.
I love a good sale! I bet that one gets a LOT of business. Sounds like a lot of fun.
That's what garage sales are for... clearing out the old and finding the new. Looking forward to your photos, Cici.
Personally, I believe in "traveling light." But it's always fun to look!
Just make sure you don't fill the space with new stuff from the sale! :-)
