The mentality of some people is something to behold. I am still amazed when I see some people push past others as if they alone are important. It is sad to watch. Fortunately I don't see that behavior in this town like I did all the time in California. I hope it doesn't become part of the life here some day.
Great sign! It frustrates me to wait in such a line with my limit of groceries and the person ahead of me unloads enough groceries to feed an army of people...
One of the reasons I stopped shopping at walmart was because of idiots who go to the express lane with a huge shopping cart filled to the top. I guess they think it's 1,500 items or fewer.
Cheryl, I have been told the only check out lane open was the express lane at some stores and felt so bad to unload a full cart and then someone comes up behind me with a couple items. Gads. I always turn to the person to tell them this was the only open lane.
Adam, Walmart sometimes does not have any other lanes open, that just gets some customers in a hurry to not want to stop at Walmart.
Fun sign. You don't usually see the store employees get as exasperated as we do with customers who don't respect the limits. This place helps reinforce it with humour.
Hi CiCi, This made me smile-- If only it was at eye level for the people who ca't count and load up items in that line (which drives me crazy!).
I've been on the run and not around much in the past week. I hope all is well. I noticed that gorgeous mustang below-- I'm off to catch up and see who that belongs to.

And yet you still will have some that try to squeak by with more!
haha, actually, shouldn't it be 2 hands and one foot? :)
That's really good. I haven't seen a sign like that before. Well done, CiCi. :-)
I'll bet even that sign doesn't keep some people from counting 4 of the same thing as one thing.
Funny, but i wonder how many people see three hands and think: three items.

Gary, good one.

And these people vote!

LOL, love the hands!!!
That store has someone who is very creative and clever on their marketing/advertising team! They also seem quite responsive to customer experiences.
Wonderful! If only more places were prepared to talk at a suitable level for those customers!
My pet hate is the person in the "basket only" line who has a gazzilion small items in their basket.
Good one. Doesn't bother me as much as people cutting line or ignoring lane closure signs. That last one really gets to me.
